CAT 694 - Play Therapy and Trauma I in Creative Arts Therapy

This course, designed for the advanced study of play therapy, builds upon CAT 684 and provides students with an in-depth examination of the impact of developmental trauma and the foster care system on attachment. Addresses the importance of engaging the child’s caregivers in treatment in an effort to enhance parenting techniques and repair attachment disruptions through dyadic interventions.
