HHS 520 - Infant Mental Health Seminar


The IMH Seminar engages students interprofessionally in topics necessary for developmentally-appropriate and responsive practices in work with children 0-5 years of age and their families. This seminar explores the role of the provider in early parent-child relationships as related to a child’s healthy social-emotional, cognitive, language and even physical and motor development. Prerequisite: HHS 401 Seminar in Developing Children and Families; Corequisite: HHS 401 Seminar in Developing Children and Families; Crosslisted: HHS 401 Seminar in Developing Children and Families.
