SWK 635 - Collaboration, Supervision, and Leadership in Social Work II Through an experiential approach, this course focuses on developing, applying, and practicing leadership skills in an interprofessional and collaborative social work context. Students apply and practice content and skills in inclusive, resilient, and transformational leadership and collaboration. Skills including problem solving, decision making, collaboration, accountability, and managing conflict will be promoted. This course is offered only on the Nazareth Campus for all students in the MSW Program regardless of program location. Prequisite: SWK*634 or Corequisite: SWK*634.
