SWK 606 - Ethics and Social Work Practice Includes content on & critical analysis of the NASW Code of Ethics, ethical & moral reasoning, ethical decision-making, boundaries, risk management strategies, confidentiality (including exceptions to confidentiality, privileged communication, and subpoenas), duty to warn, dual & multiple relationships, & possible litigation. Relevant state & federal policies & court cases are reviewed.Includes application across systems levels: individuals, families, groups, organizations, & communities ,& examples from specific populations.
