INEC 635 - Practicum and Seminar in Inclusive Education - Early Childhood


This practicum combines structured, college-supervised teaching experience with a coordinated reflective seminar. The teaching experience will take place in an early childhood classroom under the direct supervision of the certified teacher who has official responsibility for the students. The seminar will focus on current issues and practices in inclusive early childhood. Please note that an additional Application for Practicum (available from the website of the Office of Clinical Experiences and Partnerships) is due 9 months prior to practicum, according to the schedule published on the website of the Office of Clinical Experiences and Partnerships. Prerequisite: INEC 503, and requires completion of (or current enrollment in) all coursework except INEC 690 and INEC 699.
