CSD 597 - Facilitating Lang & Comm Through Technology for Persons Who Are Deaf/Hard Hearing

Students will learn to make and implement effective clinical decisions that result in optimal care of children with cochlear implants and hearing aids. Students will study deafness in children and the technologies, programs, and services that enhance communication and learning. Students will develop an understanding of the impact of medical, socio-economic, and cultural factors on clinical interventions with children and deafness.
