AED 502 - History and Theory of Teaching Diverse Learners in Visual Art Education

This course is designed as an introduction to the field of teaching art to diverse learners at both the elementary and secondary levels. The course will prepare the student with the historical and theoretical knowledge that will then be linked to linked 15 hours of clinical experience with students with special needs.
