THA 372 - Styles and Ornamentation


A study of how social, political, economic, and religious pressures within various societies throughout history have influenced the art and architecture of each society. Strong research methods are investigated and utilized with the goal of creating a personal resource document for foundational use in theatrical settings. The course investigates the how’s and why’s of existing art and architectural trends. Department Chair Approval. Course Codes: BHRG Prereq: THA 150 and THA.Q 120 or THA.F 120.
