ARB 101 - Elementary Arabic I

Beginning level work in the language. Practice in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Introduction to the basic vocabulary, expressions and structures of Arabic and to the culture of the Arabic-speaking countries. Emphasis on the development of language proficiency at the elementary level according to the ACTFL guidelines. Course Codes: BR. Additional course fee required. Course designed for students who have limited or no prior experience with this language. Email advisement@naz.edu for review of previous records and to obtain permission. Requests will be reviewed in the order in which they were received at the end of the registration period (fall and spring), and students will be notified of their status at that time. Co-requisite: Lab Section.
