GBL 501 - The Global Business Environment

The principal objective of this course is to prepare students to better understand the external global business environment in order to recognize the opportunities and threats facing firms competing in the global economy. The course will examine contemporary business issues underlying the global economy. It will further examine the growth and economic development of emerging economies.
