PSY 253 - Sport Psychology This course applies scientific knowledge derived from the discipline of Psychology to the understanding of individuals and groups involved in sporting activities. The primary focus is on underlying psychological theories and principles that inform our understanding of athletes, coaches and spectators, but we also consider the application of these same concepts to non-sport situations.
