DAN 101 - Ballet Barre: Strength and Stretch


A conditioning class that uses the practice of ballet barre exercises to develop flexibility, stamina, coordination, and agility. The classes will focus on sculpting the muscles of the legs, core, back, and arms. Appropriate for all levels. In addition to being graded on movement participation/performance, Students will complete reading, writing, and theory components. Course codes: B. Health & Wellness course.
