MTH 330 - Financial Mathematics I


Hands-on introductory course in classical foundations of interest theory covers growth of money, equations of value, yield rates, annuities, conversion periods, loan repayment. Financial risk management applications include insurance, economics, finance. Two courses; Financial Mathematics I and II; prepare students for the FM actuarial exam.
