CIS 120 - Introduction to Information Systems


This course will introduce students to the different types of information systems (IS) and discuss how these systems are used to help organizations achieve their objectives. The course will also explore the major concepts of designing, developing and managing IS including databases, networks, web and other applications. The diverse roles of IS professionals in organizations will also be explored. Course Codes: AB.
