CHM 437 - Thermodynamics of Drug Design

In this course, topics in medicinal chemistry will be treated in depth, drawing from current literature. The topics will include selection of drug targets, drug design, methods of synthesis, combinatorial synthesis, high throughput screening, structure activity relationships, binding assays, including structure-based thermodynamics and molecular recognition.
