CIS 366 - Information Systems Project Management

In this course, students will learn the concepts and contemporary practices of managing Information Systems (IS) projects. Students will understand the various process groups of Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing of IS projects. In addition, students will gain knowledge on how to use modern project management software and other tools.
