NSG 209 - Clinical Pharmacology


Course examines various pharmaceutical agents administered in health care settings. Pharmaceutical, pharmacokinetic, and pharmacodynamic components of drug actions will be reviewed. Specific pharmaceutical agents, their actions, indications, side effects, interactions, contraindications, precautions, dosages, and methods of administration will be examined.

Prereq: BIO 150/150L, CHM.Q 140/140L. Prereq OR Coreq: BIO 151/151L, BIO 318/318L. Coreq: NSG 105. Normal cycle offering: Fall Summer and Spring
