HRM 437 - Applications in Human Resource Management This course is the capstone course in the BS/HRM program. It is designed to apply project management and case analysis approaches to strategic decisions made by senior human resources professionals. It is also designed to look into the future of human resource management through discussion of critical issues and trends facing the field. It is a highly participative course that makes use of collaborative and peer learning that draws on the expertise and experiences of the class members.
