ANT 310G - PII Ethnobotany


An interdisciplinary, service learning course that focuses on how people incorporate the use of plants into their cultures.  The course integrates botanical studies with cultural anthropological aspects of plant use including indigenous cultures’ world views and how these impact the healing practices, spiritual practices, and biological conservation with regard to plants.
