ANT 322G - PII Religion and Ritual in Africa


(Perspectives II Global Course) This is a course on religion, ritual, and worldview in Africa, with a focus on the philosophies and practices of indigenous religions, as well as the history and practices of Christianity and Islam in the continent.  Other topics include magic and healing, sorcery and witchcraft, and rites of transition.
