INCL 501 - Introduction to Diverse Learners and Learning


This course is designed to build understandings of learning theories and strategies that address the range of learners in classrooms, particularly as they relate to the goals of teaching all learners, including children with disabilities and culturally and/or linguistically diverse students. A holistic orientation to the cognitive, social-emotional, aesthetic, moral and physical development of all learners is applied. Course offered in Fall and Spring semesters only. 30 hours fieldwork required.
