AED 521 - Photographic Concepts
This course will address the principles of
photography as an expressive art form. Students
will become familiar with the history and
application of photography as a means of
communication, information, and personal
expression, with particular emphasis on recent
artists and discourse about cultural identity.
This course will include exploration of
traditional black and white processes, alternative
non-silver processes and digital applications
appropriate for the classroom.
