MTH 308 - Applied Statistics and Visualization


Introduction to data visualization as a means to analyze, interpret, communicate, and critique quantitative, qualitative, and mixed data types. Using human-centered and equity-minded design approaches, we evaluate data provenance and apply statistical methods of data analysis and discovery to multivariate “big data” sets through a variety of industry-standard tools, including Tableau.
