MPH 504 - Biostatistics and Quantitative Research The overall goal of this course is for students to become knowledgeable about basic concepts and methods of quantitative research and biostatistics in public health. This is a skill-building course designed to deepen student’s understanding of statistical concepts. Furthermore, this is a project-based course that seeks to engage students in hands-on learning activities and practical quantitative analyses of real-world public health data. Prerequisite: successful completion of all prior courses in the established program sequence.
