SWK 604 - Social Work Practice in Health Care Settings


This course focuses on the role and responsibilities of social workers in care settings. Emphasizes the importance of interprofessional and collaborative practice. Students explore evidence-based strategies and social work roles specific to disease and health, well-being, and wellness promotion. Prerequisites: Completion of required generalist SW courses at 500 level.
