BED 640 - Transition Planning and Services for Adolescents With Disabilities

An overview of current and emerging models of transition planning and services for adolescents.  Will focus on how to assist students, in collaboration with parents and professionals, in planning for transition from school to employment, post-secondary education, and community living with maximum opportunities for decision-making and full participation in the community. 15 hours fieldwork required.
