NSG 521 - Program Evaluation in Nursing

This course will examine the methods and measures used in evaluating programs, practice, and policies. The role of the psychometric analysis in test construction, validity, and reliability of measurements will be studied. Organizational, interpersonal, and political issues that are central to program evaluation will be examined.
