This course will provide the student with an in
depth exploration of current theories of CNS
development, dysfunction, recovery, and aging.
Topics will include current research on brain
function, motor development, and specific
theoretical models of neurorehabilitation
(e.g.,sensory integration, motor control, motor
learning, neurodevelopmental treatment).
Practical application of techniques and
problem-solving situations for individuals
throughout the lifespan will be provided in the
laboratory sections to further illustrate clinical
relevance.
